Wonderwerk Big Juicy is a vibrant chillable red wine crafted from seven organically farmed grape varieties: Montepulciano, Zinfandel, Chenin Blanc, Grenache, Torrontés, Alvarinho, and Verdelho sourced from various California vineyards. The Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration to enhance fruit-forward character and soften tannins, while remaining varieties ferment on skins for varying durations to build texture and complexity. Produced in Watsonville, California by winemakers Andrew Lardy and Issamu Kamide, this natural wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
