Grower Champagne from Paul Gosset, a second-generation vigneron farming with zero intervention since his first vintage in 2016. Sourced from estate vineyards across Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, and Dizy. The cuvée blends 50% wine from the 2020 harvest with 50% perpetual reserve stretching back to 2004 — all fermented with indigenous yeasts in small barrels, aged in 600-liter casks, and bottled with zero dosage. Extremely limited at 5,338 bottles.

Rich and oxidative from the depth of the reserve wines, with red apple, spice, and a grippy mineral energy. Complex, unconventional, and built for the table.
