Very elegant and perfumed, but also taut and electric. Stone fruits, lemon rind, honeysuckle, white flowers, pear and beeswax abound. Sleek, weightless and airy, an archetype of purity, typicity and delicacy. The wine builds and builds, turning more focused and levitating with time, finishing with a delicate salinity.
