Producer - Our vineyards are located in Custoza, a small town in the moraine hills near Lake Garda. The soils here are formed by debris carried by the glacier and released in the Wurmian period, mainly composed of sand and gravel. The wines are a red, pure Corvina; a white, pure Garganega; a macerated Garganega; and a zero dosage Garganega.
The grapes used for the vinification of Isa has not been crushed and a semi-carbonic fermentation take place
At first very red fruit-centered like strawberry, this elegant rose with aging and oxygenation in the glass, releases tertiary notes of cloves, dried flowers and pepper. Aromatic and joyous!
