A unique blend of Gamay from Mont Brouilly in Beaujolais (60%), plus Pinot Noir (20%), Aligoté (10%), and Chardonnay (10%) all from Burgundy. The Gamay and Aligoté are co-fermented in whole bunches in a large open wooden vat, and the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are fermented in stainless steel tank. The wines age separately in used barrels for 12 months, and are then blended. No fining or filtration.
