The only variety grown is Cabernet Franc, mainly from vines planted by Sebastien's parent shortly after the end of the 2nd World War, but also from vines planted in the 1930's. The vines grow on limestone and clay soils with a little gravel - ideal for the cultivation of Cabernet Franc.
