A light, bright and absolutely delicious Jacquere, with plenty of mineral zing and crisp acidity, from fifth-generation winemakers in Savoie.
Coming from vines aged 43 years old, this Jacquere is farmed sustainably, with cover crops used in every second row of the vineyard, and vine stalks shredded to add back nutrients to the soil. The wine sees no oak during its fermentation or maturation.
