Ramon Jane Cabories 2020

Viticultor Ramon Jané is a project started in 2019 by Ramon in an attempt to experiment and push the boundaries and traditions of Penedés. His wines under this label are farmed organically, follow biodynamic farming practises and there are no sulphites added to the wines.

'Cabories' is blend of white and red Catalan varieties (Mando & Sumol). A really nice little summer red wine that could be lightly chilled if you fancy it. Plum and red berries with a hint of liquorice and spice. As we mentioned this is a lighter red but the fruit profile and spice. makes it a good contender for BBQs.
